The Macallan A Night on Earth is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky created to represent that journey of reunion and the unique moments shared across cultures worldwide. For this release, artist Nini Sum has captured the feeling of coming home to celebrate the New Year — a time when the fast rhythm of life gives way to calm, hope and warmth. Nini’s fondest memories include bright fireworks lighting up the night sky and lanterns placed by neighbours as a welcoming sign that brought her street to life. She remembers the steam from hot food softening the room, familiar conversations filling the air, and the moment when the fireworks grew so loud that everyone rushed outside, holding hands and smiling together once more. TASTING NOTES: Colour: Sunrise gold. Nose: Toasted oak, creamy steamed rice and coconut milk pudding, citrus fruits, vanilla and oat biscuits. Taste: A burst of effervescent citrus — lemon and lime — with sweet, creamy vanilla sponge and toasted coconut. Finish: Medium, with sweet toasted oak and vanilla.
